Spa Etiquette

Please show up fifteen minutes early for your session. You will be asked to fill out a Client Consultation Form. The form is confidential and will not be shared outside the spa. Our therapists use the information you provide to customize your treatment. We have both male and female therapists. Please let the receptionist know if you have a gender preference.

All massage clients will be led to a private room where you will meet your therapist and have a brief consultation to further customize your treatment. You will be covered with sheets and a blanket, so feel free to undress to your comfort level. We are here to provide the ultimate spa experience. Please do not hesitate to request anything else to make your visit to our spa a gratifying and relaxing experience.

Cancellation Policy

We require at least three hours notice to cancel without charge. You will be charged the full price of your service if you cancel within three hours of your scheduled time or fail to show up. All appointments scheduled before noon must be canceled by 5 p.m. the prior evening. Rescheduling your appointment within three hours of your schedule time will result in a 50% charge of its value. We will make every attempt to fill your vacant appointment time and will not charge you if we are able to do so. During Holiday weeks, our cancellation policy requires a 24-hour notice. If you cancel you appointment within 24 hours, you will be charged the full price of all your treatments. Holiday weeks are left to the digression of the spa.

Punctuality

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. Your treatment will start promptly at its designated time. If you arrive late for your service, your treatment may be modified. All treatments end on time so the next guest will not be inconvenienced.

Upon Arriving

Feel free to arrive in whatever is comfortable. All dressing and undressing will occur in the privacy of your treatment room. Men having facials should shave no less than two hours prior to your service. For your safety and comfort, we suggest you put aside your jewelry and valuables prior to arriving.

During Your Visit

To get the most out of your treatment communicate with your therapist. Your comfort and enjoyment are most important to us, so let us know if you have concerns about depth of pressure on your massage, the temperature of your spa room, or other issues.
