Deposits/Cancellation policy:

We require a valid credit card number (visa or MasterCard) and a signed contract to hold appointments for wedding services. In the event that you need to cancel your appointment with us please do so at least 30 days prior to the date of your services. If you cancel your appointment less than two weeks before the date of your services, there will be a fee of $125.00 charged to your credit card.

Travel:

You can come into our spa to receive your makeup services, or if you prefer our artists can travel to your home, retreat, or hotel. A travel fee of $35.00 (per artist) will be added to the total cost of services (additional charges of travel in excess of 15 miles.) Please ask our receptionist for details.

Other Notes:

We want to make your wedding day as perfect and stress free as possible, so please let us know if anyone in your party will need any additional services. All of our makeup artists are very talented and use quality products. Our receptionist will be happy to answer any questions, so please feel free to call any day of the week, 9am to 6pm, at 530-583-3141.
